Yes . Physical items (lamps, ceramic jugs, bioplastic vases, earrings, etc.) are shipped nationwide . We offer standard and express shipping options .

Do I need to hire an architect to implement what you teach?

No, you only need my $199 MXN course to start changing how you feel in your spaces . My products are designed so that anyone, without prior knowledge, can improve their environment . If you require structural remodeling (civil works), then my Nodo Studio team can help. If you still have questions, I recommend we review your specific situation in an online consultation so I can give you all my recommendations.

Can I book a consultation if I don't live in Mexico City?

Absolutely! While our base is in Mexico City, our courses, services, online consultations, and personalized design guides are entirely digital , and we serve clients worldwide . Remodeling projects with on-site supervision for later stages are currently based in Mexico City.

What happens if I buy an item and it arrives damaged?

We do everything we can to protect them , but if it happens, contact us within the first 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product , and we will give you an immediate solution .

Can I hire a small service and then a large one?

Absolutely! Our services are designed to be scalable . For example, you can start with an Online Consultation to gain clarity, and if you decide you need a more detailed plan , the cost of that consultation can be credited towards a subsequent Design Proposal .

I want a complete remodel, how do I start?

The best first step is to schedule a Diagnostic Consultation .
